FOURWEST is hiring an early-career Account Manager to manage a portfolio of clients in the expert, business, wellness, influencer, and commerce industries. We are looking for somebody to start part or full-time. As our agency continues to grow, this role will have the potential to go full-time.

Position Responsibilities:

You are a relationship builder, client advocate, and ultimate team player who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and rallying teams to make magic happen and drive business forward.  You are a self-starter and forward-thinker, knowing what people may need before they know it.

You are uber-organized and know how to coordinate projects and ensure that each is delivered with excellence.  You are not afraid of a challenge and know that FOURWEST’s clients are the core of our business.

You Will:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for client account management matters, with support/oversight from FOURWEST leadership.
  • Run kickoff calls with your clients, including the development and distribution of agendas and after-call action items.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to clients’ needs and within the scope of business.
  • You will facilitate frequent check-ins and hold strategy sessions with your clients.
  • Use your marketing know-how and knowledge of the industry to serve your clients questions and needs.
  • Clearly communicate the progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports on client accounts, team performance.
  • Assist with process development or agency tasks and procedures.
  • Build and provide contracts to our clients for their menu of services.
  • Assist with client requests or issue escalations.
  • Other duties as jointly agreed on.


  • 2+ years of experience with client relationship management
  • Google Workspace/GSuite or comparable Microsoft Office experience
  • Work with a CRM like Ontraport, Hubspot, or other to maintain client information
  • Building relationships and leading clients are your bread and butter (we’re not corporate).
  • You are incredibly hands-on yet comfortable taking a step back and thinking strategically and autonomously.
  • You are naturally well organized and stay cool when working within tight deadlines.
  • You are incredibly driven, hungry, and learn from your mistakes.
  • You are truly passionate about people & seeing them succeed
